1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are a contract between you and Planicio ("Planicio", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the Planicio service, reachable at Mrani_zakaria@hotmail.com. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using the service.
2. Purpose
Planicio is a family financial planning tool. It provides projections and simulations based on the data you enter. It does not provide regulated financial, tax or legal advice.
3. Account and trial
You need an account to use the application and you must be of legal age (or have authority to bind the organisation you represent). The 7-day trial gives access to the planning features without payment. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and by our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful or fraudulent use, no spam, no infringement of third-party intellectual property, no unauthorised access attempts, probing, malware or automated scraping, no reverse engineering, and no resale or redistribution of the service.
7. Intellectual property
Planicio owns and retains all rights in the service, including its software, algorithms, documentation, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You keep ownership of the data you enter and grant Planicio a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, updates and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will warn you first. You may close your account at any time; after termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
10. Your data and privacy
Your household data is stored securely and used only to run your plan and the features you request. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it.
11. Liability
Projections are estimates based on assumptions and can differ from real outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, exclude indirect or consequential loss, and cap our aggregate liability at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury.
